Shipping, Returns and Privacy

SHIPPING

*****Please note that from time to time we are still experiencing supply chain issues which may cause shipping delays.*****  We will do our best to communicate your options with you.

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items, product weight, and destination. We ship most items via USPS but it is customer choice and try to ship out within 1-2 business days from order placement. Changes to our shipping carrier's shipping time frames are out of our control and the shipping time frames listed in checkout are carrier estimates not made by nor controlled by Final Drive.  WE CAN NOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES. A valid physical address is required. ***PLEASE NOTE: USPS Ground Advantage is the cheapest option but it is also provides the least amount of urgency and care. Choose this option with this in mind.

We have been experiencing issues with USPS Ground Advantage. If you choose this option and there is an issue with your order, we as a small family owned business will have to wait until we get to the bottom of the issue before we can send a replacement. We wish it different, but we are trusting customers to return the replacements and we are not receiving the returns. You are welcome to place another order in the meantime, but we can not issue replacement product for problems we did not create. We strive to get your orders out quickly, and we strive to fulfill your orders via the option you choose at time of ordering. We also strive to get answers to the issues from the post office to get a resolve. We recommend you reaching out to your local post office as well using the tracking number provided. 

**IF YOU CHOOSE THE PICKUP OPTION AT CHECKOUT AND QUESTION WHY YOUR ORDER HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE FREIGHT PORTION AND WE WILL SHIP OUT ONCE FREIGHT IS PAID. IF YOU DEMAND A REFUND BECAUSE IT ISN'T FREE SHIPPING, WE WILL CHARGE YOU A 3% TRANSACTION FEE THAT WILL BE WITHHELD FROM YOUR REFUND**

**IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER MORE THAN QUANTITY AVAILABLE ON ITEMS WE MUST LIMIT ON MANUFACTURER BACKORDERS THEN CANCEL WHEN THE ENTIRE ORDER IS NOT ABLE TO BE FULFILLED, WE WILL WITHHOLD A 3% TRANSACTION FEE FROM YOUR REFUND**

Please note, when ordering in quantity, we may not be able to fulfill your entire order. We are a small family business with a storefront, online store and supply trailers, but we are not a corporate warehouse. We do our best to complete your order.

We do not have our larger equipment items available on our online store to be purchased, as we do not ship out motor freight. Those items are in stock, on display and available at our storefront in Wisner. We can ship to physical United States addresses only. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Call us at 402-529-6523 if you have any general questions or on RUSH orders. 

**We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is fraudulent.

RETURNS

 If you choose to return your item, there will be a 5% restocking fee for reasons other than defect, damage or error on our part.

No cancellations are allowed once the product is shipped.

If a cancellation is requested before shipping, a 3% transaction fee will be withheld from the refund.

Exception: If your return is due to a breakdown in service because of the shipping carrier, a full refund will be given if the order is deemed lost or damaged. We must allow enough time for the shipping carrier to confirm such before the refund will be processed. Refunds for product returns are processed once they are received and inspected here at the store. Refunds are for the product portion of your order and do not include shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

Final Drive Show Supply values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
